BIO
Agustina María Bazterrica nació en Buenos Aires, en 1974.
Es Licenciada en Artes (UBA).
Ganó el Primer Premio Municipal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires Cuento Inédito 2004/5, el Primer Premio en el XXXVIII Concurso Latinoamericano de Cuento “Edmundo Valadés”, Puebla, México, 2009 y el Premio Novela de Clarín 2017, entre otros.
En 2013 publicó su novela “Matar a la niña” (Textos Intrusos). En 2016 publicó su libro de cuentos “Antes del encuentro feroz” (Alción Editora) y en diciembre de 2017 se publicó su novela "Cadáver exquisito" por el sello editor Clarín-Alfaguara, traducida a 9 idiomas y próximamente a 8 más de la cual se va a hacer la serie. En 2020 Alfagura reeditó sus cuentos en el libro "Diecinueve garras y un pájaro oscuro".
Fue gestora y curadora cultural junto a Pamela Terlizzi Prina del Ciclo de Arte Siga al Conejo Blanco desde 2015 a 2020

Agustina María Bazterrica was born in Buenos Aires, in 1974.
She has an Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts issued by the University of Buenos Aires.
She won the First Municipal Award of the City of Buenos Aires for Unpublished Short Stories 2004/5; Top Prize in the XXXVIII Latin American Short Story Contest "Edmundo Valadés", Puebla, Mexico, 2009; and the Clarín Novel Prize 2017, among others.
In 2013, she published her novel "Kill the girl" (Editorial Textos Intrusos). In 2016, she published her short stories "Before the fierce encounter" (Alción Editora) and in December 2017, her novel "Exquisite corpse" was published by Clarín-Alfaguara translated into 9 languages and 8 more soon. The novel will be made into a TV show. In 2020 Alfaguara reissued her short stories with the title "Nineteen Claws and a Dark Bird"
She was the cultural manager and curator, together with Pamela Terlizzi Prina, of the art cycle “Follow the White Rabbit” from 2015 to 2020
